Selain lumpia, nasi goreng babat gongso jadi salah satu kuliner khas Semarang yang menggoyang lidah. Ada potongan babat sapi yang menjadi bintang utamanya. Untuk kamu yang memiliki stok babat, maka menu ini bisa menjadi ide hidangan spesial saat Idul Adha.

Layaknya membuat nasi goreng, bumbu utamanya adalah bawang merah dan bawang putih. Satu hal yang menjadi tantangan adalah mengolah babat agar empuk dan tidak berbau anyir. Untuk itu, kita perlu merebus babat sekitar 3 jam agar empuk. Tutup panci saat merebusnya dan gunakan api sedang. Kita juga harus mengganti air rebusan, minimal dua kali, agar baunya hilang.

Tidak perlu menunggu lama lagi, yuk, siapkan bahan-bahannya! Selain ini, kamu bisa intip resep mengolah jeroan sapi yang tidak kalah nikmatnya seperti semur hati sapi dan tengkleng kikil.

Cara membuat

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum.

Masukkan telur ayam, aduk rata.

Masukkan Bango Kecap Manis dan garam, aduk rata.​

Masukkan potongan babat sapi, nasi putih, dan Bango Bumbu Nasi Goreng Kambing Khas Jakarta, aduk rata.

5

Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.
