Cara membuat

Belah tempe menjadi dua bagian, lalu iris tipis. Celupkan ke dalam bumbu perendam. Diamkan selama 1 jam. Sisihkan.

Adonan tepung: Campur tepung terigu, tepung tapioka, dan Royco Kaldu Ayam. Tuang air sambil terus diaduk hingga adonan tercampur rata dan tidak menggumpal. Tambahkan daun bawang, aduk. Sisihkan.

Sambal kecap: Ulek kasar cabai, bawang putih, bawang merah, dan garam. Aduk rata bersama Bango Kecap Manis dan tomat. Sisihkan.

Panaskan minyak, celupkan tempe ke dalam adonan tepung. Goreng tempe secara bertahap di atas api sedang hingga matang. Angkat.

Sajikan tempe bersama cocolan sambal kecap.
