Biji salak ungu dan oranye: Haluskan ubi ungu dan oranyeAduk rata bersama sisa bahan biji salak kecuali air. Uleni hingga kalis atau mudah dibentuk. Ambil 1 sdt adonan, bulatkan. Ulangi proses serupa pada sisa bahan hingga adonan habis.

Didihkan air, rebus biji salak ungu dan oranye secara bertahap hingga matang ditandai dengan mengapung. Angkat. Sisihkan.

Menambahkan sagu mutiara ke dalam ubi yang tengah direbus.

Sagu mutiara: Rebus sagu mutiara dengan gula pasir hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Sisihkan. 

Menambahkan milk tea ke dalam rebusan ubi dan sagu mutiara.
