Sarapan andalan orang Indonesia begitu banyak jenisnya, tapi ada beberapa di antaranya yang paling populer. Resep lontong sayur rumahan jelas adalah salah satunya. Karena mengenyangkan dan komplet isiannya, maka tak heran bila hidangan ini sering dipilih sebagai menu makan pagi. Bahkan tak ada salahnya bila kamu ingin mencobanya sebagai menu sahur saat Ramadan ataupun pelengkap saat Lebaran.

Sebagai kejutan, ada tambahan udang pada resep ini. Meskipun secara tradisional, resep lontong sayur biasanya hanya terdiri dari telur dan tahu. Sebagai opsi lebih sehat, santan bisa digantikan dengan susu rendah lemak. Dengan bumbu dan bahan yang pas, rasa kuahnya tidak akan kalah enaknya, kok, dengan yang biasanya. Cara membuat

Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang dan tumis bumbu halus. Tambahkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam, lalu tumis hingga harum.

Masukkan udang, nangka muda, dan labu, lalu masak sampai empuk.

Masukkan kacang panjang, aduk rata. Tuangkan santan, aduk hingga mendidih.

Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis dan garam. Masak hingga matang dan angkat. Sajikan.
