Tumis Cap-cay digabung dengan macaroni schotel sukses menjadi favoritku karena mengenyangkan sekaligus bernutrisi. Menu gabungan resep sederhana Asia dengan resep populer peninggalan Belanda ini bisa menjadi andalanmu di rumah.

Pertama, tumis sayuran dengan bumbunya seperti irisan bawang putih, merica, dan lainnya. Kemudian masukkan makaroni yang telah direbus. Taburi dengan keju parut lalu kukus dalam panci hingga matang. Kalau ingin mengurangi rasa asin yang berlebihan, kurangi saja penggunaan keju dan ganti garam dengan Royco Kaldu Ayam sebanyak satu sendok teh.

Setelah matang, dinginkan sesaat lalu potong kecil agar lebih mudah disantap. Menu ini bisa disajikan dengan saus favorit sebagai cocolan. Yuk buruan dicoba di bulan puasa nanti. Oh ya, jangan lupa untuk lihat resep-resep lainnya juga ya!

Siapkan sayuran. Panaskan wajan di atas api sedang. Masukkan minyak, kemudian tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.

Masukkan sayuran ke dalam tumisan bawang, lalu masak hingga empuk.

Tambahkan 100 ml air dan didihkan. Masukkan saus tiram, merica putih bubuk, dan Royco Kaldu Ayam. Aduk hingga rata.
