Lemper ayam adalah makanan ringan yang banyak disukai orang. Terbuat dari ketan, berisi daging ayam suwir atau cincang, dibungku dengan daun pisang, dan dikukus hingga matang. Untuk menambah rasa, ada beberapa varian bumbu yang digunakan dalam resep lemper ayam.

Nah, di resep kali ini aku akan mengajak kamu untuk menambah cita rasa bukan pada isian lemper melainkan pada ketan sebagai bahan utama. Kita akan membuat ketan lemper menyerupai nasi kuning khas Manado. Bukan hanya warnanya yang menggoda, ada rasa gurih dan aroma rempah yang otentik dari lemper kuning ini.

Dari segi proses, resep ini tetap praktis dengan mengandalkan Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Nasi Kuning Khas Manado. Sedangkan untuk isiannya, kita akan mengolah suwiran daging ayam yang ditumis dengan bumbu halus. Lemper ayam kuning ini bisa disajikan hangat langsung dari kukusan, atau kita bisa memanggangnya sebentar untuk menambah rasa smokey. Sebagai informasi tambahan, snack mengenyangkan ini memiliki kandungan protein (25,7 gram) dan serat pangan (3,9 gram).

Cara membuat

Menumis isian resep lemper

Isi: Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, dan serai hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam suwir dan Royco Kaldu Ayam, aduk hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu. Tambahkan daun bawang, aduk hingga layu. Angkat. Sisihkan.

Menyiapkan beras untuk resep lemper.

Masukkan ketan, santan, Bango Bumbu Kuliner Nusantara Nasi Kuning Khas Manado, serai, daunsalam, dan garam ke dalamrice cooker. Masak hinggamatang.

Siapkanpingganpersegitahanpanas yang sudahdiolesiminyak. Masukkan separuh bagian nasi ketan, ratakan. 

 

Ketan telah selesai dimasak.

Sendokkan isi lemper ke atas nasi ketan, ratakan. Tutup dengan sisa nais ketan, ratakan. Gunakan aluminium foil untuk menutup pinggan.

Resep lemper siap diolah.

Kukus kembalidalamdandangpanasselama 15 menit. Angkat. Potong-potong lemper, lalu bungkus dengan daun pisang. Sajikan.
