Pemandangan elok negeri Parahyangan, angin sepoi-sepoi menghampiri, dan udara sejuk menyelimuti. Dalam sebuah saung, satu keluarga menikmati berbagai sajian khas Sunda. Nasi tutug oncom, lalapan, gepuk, dan ayam goreng tersedia. Hmmm.. Apa yang kurang, ya? Resep gurame bakar! Inilah yang menjadikan semuanya lengkap.

Menikmati masakan Sunda dengan latar pedesaan langsung memang tidak ada duanya. Apalagi ketika melepas lelah setelah perjalanan jauh dan menuju pulang. Pastilah ada kesan tersendiri dari segala rasa nikmat yang telah dilalui, dalam semangat kebersamaan dengan keluarga tercinta. Semua ini kini bisa kamu ciptakan sendiri di rumah. cm jahe, kupas kulit

sdt ketumbar butiran

Sambal kecap

buah tomat, buang biji, potong dadu

butir bawang merah, iris tipis
½
sdt air jeruk nipis

Cara membuat

Ikan gurame dilumuri garam dalam piring kaca.

Lumuri ikan gurame dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit.

Bumbu halus merah ditumis pakai spatula kayu di atas wajan keramik

Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.

Air asam jawa dituangkan ke dalam wajan berisi bumbu halus merah

Masukkan air asam jawa, aduk rata.

Kecap Bango dituangkan dalam tumisan bumbu halus merah. (

Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, aduk rata. Angkat.

Ikan gurame dioleh bumbu merah menggunakan kuas.

Oles ikan dengan bumbu tumis.

Ikan gurame berbumbu dibakar di atas pan

Panaskan wajan pemanggang, panggang ikan hingga matang. Angkat.

Sajikan dengan sambal kecap (termasuk Bango Kecap Manis Pedas)dan lalapan segar.
