Tampilan terong bakar dengan saus tempe di atasnya ternyata sungguh menggoda. Jangan kuatir, kamu bisa kok membuatnya sendiri di rumah. Tidak perlu waktu lama, hanya saja syaratnya satu – persiapkan grill pan agar prosesnya berjalan lebih mudah!

Setelah memilih terung segar dan berkualitas, belah dua dan rendam terlebih dahulu dalam air yang telah dibubuhi garam. Setelahnya, langsung bakar terong di atas grill pan secara merata dan sisihkan. Sementara, siapkan tumisan bawang putih serta bawang bombay dan tempe yang telah dipotong-potong. Bubuhi Bango Kecap Manis dan Royco Kaldu Ayam dan tambahkan sedikit air. Setelah saus mengental dan tempe matang, bubuhkan saja langsung di atas terong bakar tadi. Sajikan bersama nasi hangat agar lebih sedap!

Cara membuat

Masak terong bakar di atas api kecil.

Panaskan wajan, bakar terung. Balik kedua sisinya hingga matang. Sisihkan.

Langkah menumis sambal untuk terong bakar.

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.

Bumbu terong bakar wajib dimasak hingga matang atau tidak langu.

Masukkan tempe, Bango Kecap Manis dan Royco Kaldu Ayam. Aduk rata.

Proses menuang air supaya sambal tempe tidak kering.

Tuang air, masak hingga saus mengental.

Sajikan untuk lauk pendamping.
