Pertama, lumuri daging sapi dengan bumbu halus, ketumbar bubuk, air asam jawa, Bango Kecap Manis, Royco Kaldu Sapi, dan minyak sambil diremas hingga merata. Diamkan selama minimal 2 jam dalam kulkas agar bumbunya meresap dan sisihkan. Sekarang waktunya masuk ke bagian paling repetitif sekaligus paling asyik. Tusukkan 4-5 potong daging ke tusuk satai dan lanjutkan hingga daging habis. Selanjutnya, panaskan grill pan, panggang sate hingga matang sambil diolesi dengan bumbu marinasi.
