Sudah pernah mencoba nasi lemak sebelumnya? Banyak yang masih tertukar dengan nasi uduk, meskipun sejatinya memang sebelas dua belas. Nasi lemak ini memang populernya di Malaysia dan Singapura. Selain perbedaan sedikit rasanya, kondimen ataupun topping yang menyertainya juga berbeda. Cara membuat nasi lemak yang gurih ternyata tidak sulit dan bisa kita cobain, nih!

Waktu itu Masak Apa Hari Ini pernah berbagi dengan kamu sebuah resep balado ikan bilis. Nah, topping serupa akan hadir pada nasi lemak. Selain tentunya ada tambahan telur rebus, ketimun, dan sambal. Ya, sesimpel itu namun sebetulnya kaya akan rasa. Meskipun demikian, di negeri asalnya masih banyak topping jenis lainnya yang bisa kamu pilih. Tapi kali ini Chef hanya akan berbagi dulu pendampingnya yang default alias yang paling standar tapi tidak kalah soal lezatnya!

Cara membuat

Nasi lemak: Rebus santan, air, dan susu di panci. Masak dengan api sedang, aduk rata. Masukkan Royco Kaldu Ayam, garam, daun pandan, daun salam, daun jeruk, jahe, dan serai. Aduk rata hingga mendidih.

Masukkan beras, aduk rata. Masak kembali hingga air menyusut.

Tuang beras ke dalam pengukus. Masak hingga matang.

Ikan bilis goreng: Panaskan minyak, goreng ikan bilis hingga matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.

Sambal: Blender semua bahan hingga halus termasuk Royco Kaldu Ayam, tumis sambal hingga harum dan matang.
