Nasi langgi: Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Angkat. Masukkan semua bahan nasi langgi ke dalam rice cooker bersama bumbu halus yang sudah ditumis. Masak hingga matang. Sisihkan.

Empal kelem: Masukkan bumbu halus dan semua bahan empal kelem termasuk Bango Kecap Manis ke dalam panci, aduk. Masak hingga mendidih, kecilkan api. Masak hingga daging empuk. Angkat.
