Cara membuat

Menumis bumbu halus untuk memasak gulai ayam Padang.

Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan daun jeruk, daun kunyit, serai, lengkuas, dan potongan daging ayam.

Ayam ditumis dengan bumbu gulai kuning dalam wajan dengan spatula kayu
