Kembali resep camilan aku bagi di sini dan inilah giliran Tahu Jeletot untuk bersinar! Popularitasnya yang kini mulai meroket mendorongku untuk bisa memasaknya dan ternyata betapa mudah membuatnya. Selain berisi karena sayuran dan rasa gurihnya, tentunya ada rasa pedas membara yang menjadikan si penikmat melotot matanya. Itulah sebabnya disebut dengan “jeletot” yang berasa dari Bahasa Sunda.

Selain cabai, tentunya ada campuran bumbu halus lainnya serta udang maupun sayur-sayuran. Jadi dipastikan camilan yang satu ini tidak melulu hanya tahu dan rasa pedas saja. Bagi kamu yang tidak suka pedas juga dapat dengan mudah mengurangi takarannya. Hanya saja, sayang karena resep ini sudah dinamakan Tahu Jeletot. Tapi tentunya perlu juga kita menjaga kesehatan pencernaan dengan berhati-hati akan takarannya.

Lain waktu, pastikan juga untuk mencoba menu-menu kudapan lainnya seperti Martabak Telur, Keripik Tempe Cabe Hijau, ataupun Cireng Keju Sambal Kecap. Jadikan hari-hari bersama keluarga selalu meriah berkat kehadiran camilan yang selalu bervariasi!

Cara membuat

Menyiapkan tahu jeletot.

Belah salah satu sisi tahu goreng, keruk isi tahu menggunakan sendok kecil. Ulangi proses serupa pada sisa tahu. Sisihkan.

Menumis bumbu halus untuk tahu jeletot.

Isi: Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan udang cincang, wortel, kol, daun bawang, dan daun seledri, aduk rata.

Menambahkan Bango Kecap Manis pedas untuk bumbu tahu jeletot.

Masukkan Bango Kecap Manis Pedas, aduk. Masak hingga semua bahan matang, angkat. Sisihkan.

Memberi isian tahu jeletot.

Ambil tahu yang sudah digoreng, isi dengan campuran udang dan sayuran. Sisihkan.

Menyiapkan balutan tepung tahu jeletot.

Adonan tepung: Di mangkok terpisah, campur, tepung terigu, tepung beras, tepung tapioka, bubuk ketumbar, garam, daun bawang, dan air. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.

Tahu jeletot tersaji.

Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng. Ambil tahu yang sudah ada isinya. Masukkan ke dalam adonan pelapis, kemudian goreng hingga berwarna coklat keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan. Tahu Jeletot siap dihidangkan.
