Mie kuah iga adalah jawaban terbaru dari kebutuhan kita yang menginginkan masakan berkuah dan lezat setiap waktunya. Alih-alih dengan bakso atau tahu dan siomay, iga sapi kita pilih sebagai bintang utamanya. Dijamin semua tercengang dengan rasanya!

Pertama-tama, siapkan iga sapi berkualitas dan rebus hingga empuk, lalu sisihkan kuahnya. Saring dan sisihkan sebanyak 2 liter yang akan kita gunakan sebagai kuah. Tambahkan dengan bahan-bahan untuk kuah seperti bawang, jahe, daun bawang, tomat, gula merah, serta yang paling khas – pekak dan ngo hiong. Tambahkan cabai rawit untuk rasa pedas kesukaan kita semua.

Selebihnya tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis dan Royco Kaldu Sapi. Rebus mie dan sajikan bersama pakcoy serta kuah dan daging iga. Sore-sore bersantap masakan berkuah semakin terasa seru!

Cara membuat

Potongan daging direbus di dalam panci.

Rebus daging iga sapi hingga mendidih. Kecilkan api, masak hingga daging iga empuk 2 jam. Angkat.

Rebusan air untuk kuah.

Saring airnya, sisihkan sebanyak 2 L untuk kuah.

Kaldu kuah iga direbus bersama sayuran di dalam panci.

Panaskan kaldu bersama bahan bumbu kuah iga . Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis dan Royco Kaldu Sapi, aduk rata. Masak dengan api sedang selama 30 menit.

Membumbui kuah iga.

Masukkan air jeruk nipis , aduk rata.

Siapkan mie telur dalam mangkuk saji, tambahkan pakcoy, tata iga sapi. Tuang kuah, taburi daun ketumbar cincang. Sajikan.
