Untuk membuat kulitnya, pastikan kamu menggunakan wajan datar antilengket yang masih berfungsi dengan baik. Gunakan api kecil supaya kulit matang merata. Lipat atau gulung secara perlahan sambil supaya lembarannya tidak mudah robek.

Cara membuat

Mengocok adonan kue dadar gulung.

Kulit dadar gulung: Aduk semua bahan adonan kulit dadar gulung termasuk SariWangi Milk Tea Caramel hingga tercampur rata. Saring.

Membuat kulit adonan kue dadar gulung di atas wajan.

Olesi wajan datar antilengket dengan mentega. Panaskan wajan di atas api kecil. Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan, masak hingga matang. Angkat. Ulangi proses serupa hingga adonan habis. Sisihkan.

Membuat adonan untuk vla kue dadar gulung.

Vla milk tea: Aduk rata susu cair bersama tepung maizena. Masukkan gula, garam, dan SariWangi Milk Tea Caramel. 

Memasukkan kuning telur ke dalam adonan vla.

Panaskan sambil terus diaduk hingga mulai berbuih. Ambil 1 sdm adonan susu, aduk cepat bersama kuning telur hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan kembali ke dalam campuran susu cair, aduk. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat. Tambahkan ekstrak vanilla, aduk rata.

Kue dadar gulung disajikan di atas piring.

Ambil 1 lembar kulit dadar gulung. Taruh vla milk tea ke atasnya. Gulung membentuk amplop. Ulangi proses serupa pada sisa bahan. Sajikan.
