Cara membuat

Adonan dimsum tengah diaduk di dalam mangkuk.

Adonan dimsum: Aduk rata semua bahan adonan dimsum. Sisihkan. Panaskan dandang atau panci pengukus. Sisihkan.

Mengisi lembaran kulit pangsit dengan adonan ayam udang untuk resep dimsum ayam.

Ambil selembar kulit pangsit, taruh 1 sdt adonan siomay di tengahnya. Lipat keliling sisi kulitnya, lalu beri parutan wortel ke atasnya. Ulangi proses serupa pada sisa bahan.

Mengukus siomay dalam dandang.

Kukus siomay dalam dandang panas selama sekitar 30 menit.
