Berbekal bahan dan sayuran harian yang mudah dijumpai, asinan sayur Betawi ternyata mudah dibuat kapan saja. Durasi pembuatannya juga sebetulnya tidak memakan waktu lama. Jadi, inilah saatnya untuk mencoba sendiri memasaknya di rumah!

Dua langkah utama untuk membuat asinan sayur Betawi bisa dimulai dari menyiapkan kuahnya. Cukup padukan air dengan gula merah dan Bango Kecap Manis. Kemudian campur dengan paduan bumbu halus agar kuah asinan semakin lezat. Selanjutnya, siangi dan siapkan sayuran serta tahu untuk nanti kita padukan dalam mangkuk, sebelum kita siram dengan kuah gula merahnya. Asinan sayur Betawi kali ini akan terdiri dari tahu putih, mi kuning, mentimun, kol, daun selada, serta yang unik – sawi asin serta lokio. Jangan lupa bubuhkan kacang goreng dan sajikan dingin lebih nikmat.

Rebus air, gula merah, dan Bango Kecap Manis sambil diaduk rata.

Masukkan bumbu halus termasuk Royco Kaldu Ayam ke dalam rebusan air, masak kembali hingga semua tercampur rata. Angkat dan sisihkan.
